Family Council View
The Family Council represents resident and family voices while working respectfully with administration and care teams at Villa St. Gabriel. Its purpose is to raise concerns, identify opportunities, and support fair, resident-centered outcomes.
Council members coordinate with St. Joseph’s Health Centre and the broader continuing care system to keep communication aligned across organizations. This helps the council follow up on issues and maintain continuity for families.
Within Chelmsford and Greater Sudbury, the council contributes to a stronger community relationship around long-term care. It supports advocacy that remains practical, collaborative, and focused on resident well-being.
